The room was impeccable and spotless, with a balcony and a giant heavenly bed. The breakfast was excellent, prepared by the lovely chef Augustina, and the service was great. The location is exceptionally nice, not far from the island and the common areas of Isla Mujeres.

The breakfast was amazing, prepared by the lovely Chef Augustina. It was the best we had during our time in Isla Mujeres. The suite we booked had a giant heavenly bed and a balcony. The location was peaceful and within walking distance of Muelle Publico de Isla Mujeres.

The rooms on the first floor offer lovely ocean views, allowing guests to wake up to a serene and calming sight. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and kind, making you feel right at home. And not to mention, the breakfast served here is incredible!

We had a great stay! The hotel was spotless, had great facilities, ample parking and easy access to transportation. Our favorite part was the stunning location right on the waterfront, offering amazing sea views and a small but wonderful beach. The breakfast provided was exceptional, with a great variety and the staff were fantastic, always accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is located far from the center and there are only few restaurants nearby, which are mediocre at best. To get anywhere requires an expensive taxi ride.

The rooms are reasonably large and gorgeous with climate control and a laptop-compatible safe. The staff members are super friendly and the location is incredible, adjacent to North beach which is wonderful as well as Cancun.

This hotel is a hidden gem! You will feel like in paradise with a wonderful small private beach located just a few steps from the hotel. the rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and some of them have breathtaking sea views. the staff is friendly and attentive, making everything for you to have the most relaxed stay possible. the breakfast is also a highlight, varied and delicious. Plus, you can borrow kayaks and paddle boards for free and enjoy a great time right on the waterfront.

The location may be a bit far from the city center, but you can easily get a taxi and it's totally worth it!

Everything was spot on.

The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable, but the best aspect was definitely the location. It was quiet and relaxing with a beautiful private beach, crystal clear water, and complimentary use of paddle boards and kayaks.

There were several negative aspects during our stay. Every morning, we were woken up by loud noises from the yoga room being set up, making it impossible to sleep in.
